An EU data-centre option is available, a data-processing agreement (AV-Vertrag) plus SCCs are provided, and the platform is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified. The default residency is eu_us, so DACH teams should select EU hosting deliberately.
A free tier exists for small teams. The trade-off is breadth over depth: powerful and configurable, but the eu_us baseline and US parentage call for a transfer review.
